First Post

Yes, I've finally given in to the blog. I'm not really sure how well I'll be able to keep this up, but hey it's worth a shot. God has been working in absolutely amazing ways this semester. I still can't figure out what has really been going on, but tonight has revolutionized my life. I was contemplating what had happened at the church service this evening. The message was on the Spirit of God (a topic that is often neglected or abused in most churches) and I can't entirely describe what happened. For once I was totally and completely focused on God and nothing else. I wasn't wondering what people would think, or what I looked like, or if I looked fake. All I cared about was God and what He had to tell me. Tonight I became free. Free from all of myself, free from the perceptions of others, free from others expectations, free from my desires, my plans...I AM FREE! I'm not really sure what's next, but I am so pumped to be serving my God. I can't wait to see what His plan is! It is certain to be a wild ride!
